Many managers and organisations focus only on actions and behaviours to get better outcomes without addressing the underlying root causes of poor performance.

When we’re focusing on actions and behaviours alone we’re not addressing the problems beneath the surface and the same issues simply resurface later often in a different form. Our initial two hour workshop and team online refresher training helps to create that initial self awareness and strong personal buy in for change. Our coaching, team meeting activities and suggested improvements to processes and other environmental influences help to influence and support that desired change.
